Designed for people supervising food operations in businesses such as:

  • Pasta Manufacturers
  • Pickle, Relish, Chutney, and Condiment Producers

Train when and where you want!

Online training that allows you the freedom to choose when and where you study, and even to print off your own certificate.

  • Flexible learning: You can stop and start your training at any time.
  • The total course time will vary depending on your basic computer skills and Food Safety knowledge.
  • Generally, most students will take between 4 and 8 hours to complete this Food Safety Training.
  • Upon completion of all assessment tasks, you will have access to your certificate immediately.

How you will be assessed

Assessment has two components:

  1. A series of online questions to assess your knowledge, AND
  2. A workplace practical skills assignment.

The workplace assignment is completed on the job, in a real or simulated workplace environment, and observed by a suitably qualified third-party observer.
