Workbooks

OSCAR Care Group will assemble monthly workbooks which includes all verification monitoring forms. Area specific workbooks are provided bound and labelled for easy use in your kitchen and kitchenettes. They will include all working forms such as Cleaning Schedules, Daily Record Forms, Goods Receival and Catering Inspection forms.
